The role involves working with organizations in all sectors to improve their performance.

We offer services across all areas of business –strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist organizations in improving productivity and overall performance.

Advisory expertise covers areas such as change management, financial performance, marketing, business restructuring, and human resources, with an emphasis on managing risks and costs.

As far as a typical project it will involve an initial meeting with the client and researching and be analyzing data, after which, we will present recommendations to the client and set a schedule for implementing improvements. As it is only possible by mutual consent.

Beyond individual projects, we also participate in networking activities and develop new strategy tools and techniques in areas of specialist expertise. We can also include performance-related bonuses, for the individual as a part of our consultancy services.

Client assignment consists of three or four days at the client’s premises, with the remaining days spent at the home office. Hours are mostly standard.

Initial training schedules are detailed and intensive, covering professional and personal development and the tools and methods used in the organization.
